Lova Lundin

Lova is a physical and powerful forward who loves the battles inside the box - both on the ground and in the air. She made her debut in Sweden´s second highest league already at 14 years old, and has played elite football ever since.

She moved from her hometown club Kvarnsveden in 2018 to do medical school at Umeå University, and play for Umeå IK.

A tough combo that is not for everyone.

Lova showed no signs of her studies getting in the way of her football, despite basically operating on a 200% schedule.

In 2019 she had an amazing season with 15 goals (team leader) and contibuted tremendously to Umeå´s promotion back to the top league.

In 2020 she did not get the same big role, but still managed to score 4 goals in the top league despite not getting nearly as many minutes as the year before.

During 2020 we started working with her when she expressed the interest to put her studies on hold and go full-time pro abroad.

She signed her first fully professional contract with EDF Logrono in the Spanish top league in January 2021. Her debut game was against FC Barcelona and she played all 90 minutes in the 2-0 loss.

Logrono faced relegation and Lova moved on to French top league club Soyaux for a short period, before moving back to Sweden and Djurgårdens IF.
